RoutineX Terms & Conditions

RoutineX is a free study companion app for Sri Lankan G.C.E. Advanced Level students, built and maintained by one independent developer. By using RoutineX, you agree to these terms.

RoutineX is intended for students preparing for Sri Lankan G.C.E. A/L examinations. If you're under 18, we recommend using RoutineX with awareness from a parent or guardian, particularly around the Ally supporter payment feature (see Section 5).

• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure
• One account per person — don't share your login
• You can delete your account at any time by contacting stharunindu@gmail.com

• A focus timer, past paper progress tracker, and study analytics — free to all users
• An optional "RoutineX Ally" supporter tier with additional features (extended history, full analytics, custom themes, etc.)
• All core study features (timer, streaks, XP, daily analytics) remain free permanently — this will not change

• Ally is a voluntary way to help cover RoutineX's running costs (hosting, database, email services) — it is not a guarantee of continued service, and RoutineX's core features remain free regardless of whether you support it
• Currently, Ally support is processed via bank transfer, Dialog Pay, or eZ Cash, verified manually. We do not currently process card payments.
• Refunds: Ally contributions are non-refundable after access is activated, except for duplicate payments or where a refund is required by applicable law. Contact us if you believe a payment was made in error.
• We publish monthly cost and revenue summaries on our public Transparency page in the interest of openness about how supporter contributions are used

Don't:

• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use RoutineX to submit false payment references or attempt to gain Ally access without payment
• Use the app for anything illegal or intended to disrupt its operation for other users

Your study data (session logs, progress, notes) belongs to you. We store it to provide the app's features and don't use it for anything beyond what's described in our Privacy Policy.

RoutineX is a study organization and tracking tool. It does not guarantee any particular exam outcome, grade, or result — your use of the app is one part of your own study process, not a substitute for it.

RoutineX is maintained by one developer and provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Significant changes (like changes to the Ally pricing or refund policy) will be communicated in-app before taking effect.
